Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order and account details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Personalization details: text, images or artwork you send for a product, and the phone number, message or link you ask us to program on an NFC tag.
• Messages and requests: what you send us through the contact or custom-project forms, email, phone or messaging apps.
• How you found us: when you arrive from an ad, a campaign link or a printed QR code, a first-party cookie stores the campaign details (such as UTM parameters or an ad click ID) and the page you landed on, for up to 90 days, and they are attached to your cart and order.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and IP address, which our servers log for security and operation.

How we use it

• to make, ship and support your order, and to send order updates;
• to answer your messages and prepare quotes;
• to calculate sales tax and shipping;
• to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
• to understand which campaigns and pages bring customers, so we can improve;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, sign-in, region and language working. We may use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used; its analytics cookies stay off until you accept them where your consent is required, and advertising features are disabled. You can also block cookies in your browser; essential features such as the cart may then stop working.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need:

• Stripe, to process payments;
• shipping carriers and shipping-label services, to deliver your order;
• tax calculation services, to calculate sales tax;
• hosting, storage and email providers that run the website and our communications;
• Google, for sign-in (if you choose it) and analytics (if you accept it).

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years). Messages and quote requests are kept while they are useful to serve you and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, except where we must keep it by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Depending on where you live — for example California (CCPA/CPRA), the European Union or the UK (GDPR), or Brazil (LGPD) — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we hold, to receive a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Contact us using the details below; we will respond within the time the law requires and may need to verify your identity first.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, card data is handled by Stripe, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If an NFC Safety Tag is for a child, the parent or guardian places the order and chooses the contact details programmed on it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
