Shipping policy

Every Stuscle piece is 3D printed to order in our workshop in Framingham, Massachusetts, USA. This page explains how long that takes, where we ship and what it costs.

Production time

Orders go into production once payment is confirmed. Production takes 7–10 business days before your order ships. Personalized items (for example, custom artwork, map posters or programmed NFC tags) may take longer when we need to confirm details with you; if so, we will contact you before we start. Custom projects quoted individually follow the timeline agreed in the quote.

Where we ship

We currently ship to: United States. Checkout only accepts addresses in these destinations.

We ship from Framingham, Massachusetts, USA.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout, before you pay, and depend on your address and the size and weight of your order. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the option you choose. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Your total delivery time is the production time plus the transit time. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send you its tracking number using the email address or phone number given at checkout. You can also see your orders in your account if you have one.

Address problems, lost and damaged packages

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can correct it until the order ships.
  • A package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped once you pay the new shipping cost.
  • If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is lost or damaged in transit, replace it or refund you. See our returns & refunds policy.
