These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Stuscle ("we", "us"). Stuscle is a trade name of Skale Club LLC, a business based in Massachusetts, USA, and Skale Club LLC is the seller of every order placed on this site. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our shipping policy, returns & refunds policy and privacy policy.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when payment is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you get a full refund.
  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your shipping address and anything to be printed or programmed on your item.

Prices, payment and taxes

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD), for every destination.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped outside the US, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country — see the shipping policy.
  • Custom projects are priced individually; the quote we send you states the price and what it includes.

Our products

Our products are 3D printed to order. Small variations in color, texture and visible layer lines are a normal part of the process and not a defect. Photos on the site show the product as accurately as we can, but colors may look different on your screen. Product sizes are approximate.

Personalized items and your content

When you send us text, images, logos or other content to put on a product, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful or that we believe infringes someone's rights. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to use it to make and deliver your order.

NFC products

NFC tags and keychains open a phone call, message or link on the phone of the person who taps them, and depend on that phone supporting NFC. They are a convenience, not an emergency, monitoring or tracking service: they do not locate anyone, and we cannot guarantee that a finder will tap the tag or that the tap will work on every phone. Do not rely on them as the only way to protect a person or property. You are responsible for the contact details or link you ask us to program.

Map posters

Map posters use map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and map tiles from our mapping provider. Map data may be incomplete or out of date and is provided for decorative purposes.

Intellectual property

The website, our designs, photos and text belong to Stuscle or the artists we work with. You may not copy or resell them without permission. Buying a product does not give you rights to reproduce its design.

Using the website

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, interfere with other users or use it for anything unlawful. If you create an account, keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
